Beauty Ballot is an online platform designed for voting in beauty pageants, fashion events, beauty product rankings, and beauty brand evaluations.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate Beauty Ballot or your access to the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you.

Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms of Use will immediately cease.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these.

We have the authority to modify or discontinue the Service, or your access to it, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, and without any liability to you.

Should termination occur, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms of Use will immediately be revoked.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update these Terms of Use (“Updated Terms”) periodically. Except in cases of legal or administrative changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the Updated Terms take effect. By posting the Updated Terms on the Service, you agree that your continued use of the Service after their effective date indicates your acceptance. It’s advisable to review the Terms of Use and any Updated Terms before using the Service. The Updated Terms will take effect upon posting or at a later date specified within them, affecting your Service usage moving forward. Any disputes before the effective date will be governed by the current Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to deny access to the Service to any individual, for any reason, at any time.

We hold the right to compel forfeiture of a username for any reason.

While we may choose to remove, edit, block, or monitor content or accounts that we determine violate these Terms of Use, we are not obligated to do so.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service, whether these occur online or offline. Beauty Ballot is not accountable for the actions of any user. While we reserve the right to oversee or participate in disputes, we are not obliged to do so.

Earning

All users who create a Pageant, Beauty Business have the opportunity to earn through Beauty Balloy, whether via regular, premium, purchased votes, or incentives offered by the admin.

Earning rates vary based on the voter’s location and voting method. Beauty Ballot reserves the right to adjust rates at any time before payouts are processed.

Payouts are made exclusively through PayPal and are sent within 30 days after a withdrawal request.

Users are responsible for registering accurate PayPal details, including dots, underscores, and letters. Beauty Ballot is not liable for incorrect information registered by the user.

Beauty Ballot will not coordinate with PayPal to retrieve payouts sent to incorrect emails due to user error. Users must work directly with PayPal.

Any inconsistencies or technical manipulation of the voting system will void payouts for that voting.

The minimum balance required for withdrawal is 55USD.

Earnings cannot be transferred between users.

Beauty Ballot reserves the right to stop, pause, or resume the program at any time. Accounts with over 55USD can request withdrawals.

Calculations are in US dollars; currency conversion can be done via PayPal.

Terms & Conditions

1. To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old.
2. Posting content that is violent, nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic, or sexually suggestive via the Service is prohibited.
3. You are accountable for any activity occurring through your account. You agree not to sell, transfer, license, or assign your account, followers, username, or any account rights. Except for individuals or businesses expressly authorized to create accounts on behalf of their employers or clients, Pageant Vote forbids creating accounts for anyone other than yourself. You also promise that all information you provide to Pageant Vote, during registration and any other time, will be accurate, current, and complete, and you’ll update it as needed to maintain its truthfulness.
4. You agree not to solicit, collect, or use the login details of other Pageant Vote users.
5. You must keep your password confidential and secure.
6. You must not engage in defamation, stalking, bullying, abuse, harassment, threats, impersonation, or intimidation of individuals or entities, and must not post private or confidential information through the Service. This includes, without limitation, your own or anyone else’s credit card information, social security numbers, alternative national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers, or non-public email addresses.
7. Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited. You agree to abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (including federal, state, local, and provincial laws) related to your use of the Service and your Content, which includes, but is not limited to, adhering to copyright laws.
8. You must not disrupt or interfere with the Service or any connected servers or networks, including by sending worms, viruses, spyware, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code. Altering or injecting content or code to change the display or rendering of any Pageant Vote page in a user’s browser or device is prohibited.
9. You are required to follow the Community Guidelines of Pageant Vote, which are available below.
10. Creating accounts through unauthorized methods, such as using automated devices, scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers, is not allowed.
11. You must not prevent others from using or enjoying the Service, nor should you encourage or help anyone to break these Terms of Use or any other terms of Pageant Vote.
12. Breaking these Terms of Use might lead to the termination of your Pageant Vote account, at our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Pageant Vote is not responsible for the content posted on the Service, and you use it at your own risk. If you breach these Terms of Use or pose any risk or legal issues for Pageant Vote, we may stop providing some or all of the Services to you.
13. Pageant Organizers are responsible for all information, images, and links shared on their voting pages. Pageant Vote will not be held liable for content posted by the organizers.
14. You are prohibited from using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized activities. You must comply with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations (such as federal, state, local, and provincial) applicable to your use of the Service and your Content, including but not limited to copyright laws.
15. You alone are responsible for your behavior and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, authored works, applications, links, and other content or materials (collectively referred to as “Content”) that you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.
16. You must not alter, modify, or adapt the Service, nor should you change, modify, or adapt another website to falsely imply association with the Service or Pageant Vote.
17. You are not permitted to access Pageant Vote’s private API through any means other than those authorized by Pageant Vote.
18. You must not create or send unsolicited emails, comments, likes, or other forms of commercial or harassing communications (commonly known as “spam”) to any Pageant Vote users.
19. Using domain names or web URLs in your username is prohibited without prior written consent from Pageant Vote
